If your Group is on a resident leisure break at the Torquay Rainbow Hotel, you may have exclusive use of The Empress Ballroom with no additional room hire costs at certain times of the year, subject to availability.

For a Celebration or Function, the Torquay Rainbow Hotel also offers no room hire charges, providing the party selects one of our buffet or sit down menus.

The hotel charges Room Hire for guests not requiring catering services, and is one of the few venues in the area that allows guests to self-cater or outside-cater their function or celebration.

Room Hire charges include Bar Staff.
Your own professional Disco playing music from 60's to present day, can be hired on request.
